A&M Sports Academy (“A&M”) is a youth sports organization that brings together a diverse group of young people to create an athletic adventure aimed at fostering self-confidence, discipline, responsibility, and a healthy and active lifestyle, while also establishing meaningful long-term friendships through sports. To put it succinctly, A&M is not just another sports program. It is a leadership development program founded on five key tenets which we aim to instill in our student athletes.
A&M Sports Academy's five key tenets:
Overcoming all obstacles no matter the hurdle of challenge one faces.
Fiercely devoted to commitments and obligations, both big and small.
A positive sense of self and belief in your abilities.
Persistence and commitment to do what it takes to win or succeed.
Leaders succeed by honoring themselves and others with courteous actions.

Worked for the Elias Sports Bureau for 5 years. Worked for former United States Senator and current United States Vice President Joe Biden. Born and raised in NYC. Passions include fitness and nutrition. Has been a vegetarian for nearly a decade. Loves being a part of A&M because unlike most programs it is committed to furthering the growth and development of the entire child and is devoted to helping them succeed both in the classroom as well as on the basketball court. At A&M basketball is merely the mechanism used to help children develop into well-rounded and productive young people. The dedication to all of its children, regardless of how talented they are as players, is truly what sets A&M apart from its competitors, and Jon is thrilled to be able to add his energy and passion to this worthy endeavor.
Jon is a long time frustrated Knicks, Jets and Mets fan, and a life long lover of basketball. His all-time favorite player is Hall of Famer Bernard King.
